Warranty Terms and Conditions

Iranian Carpet and Furniture Center is pleased to offer a limited warranty on our sofas. This warranty applies exclusively to the structural components of the sofas and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Warranty Coverage:

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the following components of the sofa:

• Wooden frame
• Sponge and foam
• Legs

Warranty Period:

The warranty is valid for a period of 2 to 5 years from the date of purchase. First 2 years are free; after 2 years, the warranty cost is as follows:

• 3 year: 7%
• 4 year: 12%
• 5 year: 18%

Customers are eligible for a complimentary fabric change on their new sofa if they pay an additional 15% of the total cost of the sofa. The new fabric options available for selection will be provided by our store. Customers can choose from a specified range of fabrics.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Fabric, upholstery, or any related materials
• Damage caused by accidental incidents, such as tears, burns, cuts, or stains
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions, such as fire, floods, or natural disasters

Additional Terms:

• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the sofa.
• Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty services.
• The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective component, at the discretion of the company.
• In the event that the exact materials or components are no longer available, the company reserves the right to substitute similar materials or components of equal quality.
• This warranty does not cover any associated costs, such as transportation or labor fees, incurred in the warranty claim process.
