Items must be returned within 15 days of the date of purchase.

The item must be in its original packaging and in unused, unassembled, and undamaged condition.

Original proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required.

Assembled furniture.

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items.

Clearance or sale items.

  1. Return Process:

 If you wish to return or exchange an eligible item, please follow these steps:

Provide your original proof of purchase along with clear photographs of the item’s condition.

Once the return is approved, you will receive a Sales Return (SR) number and further instructions on packaging and shipping.

  1. Packaging and Shipping:

Items must be carefully repackaged in their original packaging to prevent damage during return transit.

Clearly write the provided SR number on the outside of the package.

You are responsible for arranging and covering the shipping costs for the return/exchange.

  1. Inspection and Refund/Exchange:

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange.

If approved, you can choose between an exchange for an eligible item of equal value.

Refunds will be processed within 4 to 6 business days after the approval of the return. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
